Terms of Service

Eastern Reading is an online tool that calculates your BaZi chart from your birth date and produces a personalized narrative reading using AI. The service is offered by Eastern Reading (an Australian-registered business) through the website at easternreading.com.

Our readings are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and cultural appreciation. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not make major life, health, or financial decisions based solely on a reading.

You are responsible for providing accurate birth data. The BaZi calculation is mathematically precise, but the narrative interpretation is AI-generated and may contain phrasing errors or generalizations.

The paid reading costs USD $9.90, charged as a one-time purchase via Stripe. Because the product is digital and generated on-demand, all sales are final. Exceptions:

• If the paid report was not generated or delivered within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
• If the report contains clear factual errors we are unable to correct, you are entitled to a full refund.

The Eastern Reading brand, UI, seal-script artwork, curated BaZi framework, and software are owned by Eastern Reading. Your individual reading is yours to keep, share, screenshot, or print.

Do not attempt to abuse, scrape, or automate the service. Rate limits are in place. Submitting false birth data to generate spam readings may result in your IP being blocked.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (typically USD $9.90).

Your reading may include recommendations for sacred-symbol jewelry from Aurax Jewels. Purchases there are transacted on the Aurax website under Aurax's own terms and privacy policy. Eastern Reading may earn a referral share on purchases — at no extra cost to you.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are resolved first by good-faith discussion (email us at hello@easternreading.com); if that fails, in the courts of Australia.
